Sausage, Sweet Potato & Cabbage Soup

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Polish sausage
  • 4 c. chopped gr. cabbage
  • 3 med sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 4 c. chicken broth

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add sliced sausage and cook about 5 minutes. Add cabbage and sweet potatoes and all the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook until sweet potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
