COD WITH ORANGE GLAZE & SNAP PEAS

Ingredients

  • TIP:
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp soy
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 4 frozen uncooked cod, 1 " thick
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • (For thicker fish add 1/2 cup water or orange juice to the glaze.
  • Also add 2-3 min cooking time)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour oil into pot.
Set to STOVETOP HIGH
and heat oil.
Add ginger, garlic and HALF the green onions
Cook uncovered 3 minutes
Sir occasionaly til garlic is tender.
Stir Orange juice, water, soy and sugar into pot.
Place fish on rack.
Place rack into pan.
set to OVEN 325* 15 minutes
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Add peas on top of fish.
Serve with sauce over fish and peas.
