COD WITH ORANGE GLAZE & SNAP PEAS

Ingredients
- TIP:
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp soy
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 4 frozen uncooked cod, 1 " thick
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- (For thicker fish add 1/2 cup water or orange juice to the glaze.
- Also add 2-3 min cooking time)

Preparation
Step 1
Pour oil into pot.
Set to STOVETOP HIGH
and heat oil.
Add ginger, garlic and HALF the green onions
Cook uncovered 3 minutes
Sir occasionaly til garlic is tender.
Stir Orange juice, water, soy and sugar into pot.
Place fish on rack.
Place rack into pan.
set to OVEN 325* 15 minutes
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Add peas on top of fish.
Serve with sauce over fish and peas.
