Art's Curried Shrimp

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp mild curry
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup chicken stock (1 bullion cube in 1 cup hot water)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice



Step 1

Melt buuter; blend in onion and curry; saute lightly. Stir in flour and seasonings; cook over low heat.

Stir in broth and milk; return to heat and cook another minute. Add shrimpl stirn in lemon juice.

Pour over hot rice and enjoy.
