Salmon Fillets with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon light margarine, stick form
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skinned and cut into 4 pieces
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- salt, as desired
- pepper, as desired

Preparation
Step 1
In Saucepan, combine the lemon juice, margarine, onion, salt and pepper, brown sugar, and mustard.
Bring to a boil. Place salmon fillets on foil lined pan. Pour sauce mixture over fish.
Broil about 15 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
When done, sprinkle with parsley:serve.
