Salmon & Edamame Pasta

  • Cooked farfelle, al dente
  • 1 c shelled edamame
  • 1 4-8 oz salmon, skinned
  • 2 t olive oil
  • fresh dill
  • 4 t whole grain mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • red onion, finely chopped



Step 1

Cook pasta and drain.. Heat pan and cook salmon until fish flakes easily. ADd to pasta and combine.

Heat oil in pan an add edamame, onion, spinach...cook till tender. Add mustard and spices.
