Tortellini With Artichokes, Olives and Feta Cheese

This is a great salad. For extra added flavor, leave the juice from the artichokes in the dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 packages frigerated cheese filled spinach tortellin
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts(4oz each), drained
- 2 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cheese garlic Italian salad dressing

Preparation
Step 1
COOK pasta according to package directions. Remove and rinse well under cold water until pasta is cool.
COMBINE pasta, artichoke hearts, carrots, olives, and cheese in large bowl. Add salad dressing and lightly toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
