- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp small mint leaves

Step 1
Heat grill to high. Drizzle zucchini with oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill zucchini, turning often, until cooked through, 4-6 minutes. Transfer to a platter. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with mint leaves.
