Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 pound cooked Dungeness crab meat
- 1 celery stalk diced
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 mango diced
- 3 tablespoons minced basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 small butter lettuce head

Step 1
Mix the mayonnaise and lime juice in a bowl. Add the crab, celery, red onion, mango, basil, salt and pepper. Chill.
Serve on butter lettuce leaves.
