Bacon Wrapped Pork with BBQ'd Onions

4 strips bacon,4 boneless pork loin chops (preferably 1-inch thick),2.5 tsp. dry barbecue seasoning (such as Weber or McCormick brands),2 medium onions,1/2 cup Stubb's Hickory Bourbon Bar-B-Q Sauce
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 tsp. dry barbecue seasoning (such as
- Weber or McCormick brands)
- 2 medium onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/2 cup Stubb's Hickory Bourbon Bar-B-Q Sauce

Step 1
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes
Wrap a strip of bacon around the edges of each pork chop and
secure with toothpicks; season on both sides with barbecue
seasoning. Grill pork and onions over medium heat for 10
minutes, turning once. Transfer onions to a large piece of
heavy duty foil and top with barbecue sauce; seal foil,
leaving room for air to circulate. Cook pork and onions for
10 minutes more or until pork is cooked through and onions
are very soft. Top pork with cooked onions.
