Cook time: 20 minutes
Drain pineapple juice into a small saucepan and place pineapple slices in a
single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly brush pineapple and pork chops with oil
on both sides. Grill pork over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until
internal temperature reaches 145°F; grill pineapple slices just until lightly
charred on each side. Meanwhile, cook pineapple juice over high heat for 10
minutes or until thickened and syrupy. Add remaining ingredients and stir until
combined.
Serve pineapple slices over pork and drizzle with sauce.
