Ingredients

  • 8 med red potatoes, quartered
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 c milk, warmed
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh black pepper, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes & garlic in lg pan; cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 15-20 min until potatoes are very tender.

Drain well. Add butter, milk & salt; mash. Stir in cheese. Add pepper if desired.
