Veal Patties

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground veal
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon minced celery
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of water
  • 1 teaspoon curry (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper


Servings 4


Step 1

Combine the first seven ingredients. Shape them into patties or balls and brown in oil in heavy skillet or dutch oven.

Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water. Add 1 tsp. curry powder and pour mixture over meat. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat 45 minutes. Turn meat occasionally.

Adjust curry amount to your taste.
