Linguini with Scallops and Herb Cream

  • 1 lb linguini
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2-3 minces garlic cloves
  • 1 T chopped fresh or dried basil
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 20-25 small scallops
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream



Step 1

Cook linguini as desired. Melt butter, saute garlic, basil and pepper for about 4 mins. Add scallops and saute for 4-5 mins. Add cream and cheese. Stir sauce till thickens. Toss with pasta.
