- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 8 oz salmon cut into thin strips

In a large skillet, cook tomatoes, salt and red pepper in the butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the cream and salmon and cook until opaque.
