Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 2 c cubed potatoes
  • 1 c water
  • 1 can cream of chick soup
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 t salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 T chop parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon until crisp in 3 qt saucepan. Add onion and saute 2-3 min. Pour off fat. Add potatoes and water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10-15 min or until potatoes are tender. Stir in soup and sour cream. Gradually add milk. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Heat to serving temperature.
