Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash (4-6 servings)
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 400 degrees
Cut squash in half lengthwise and place on foil covered backing sheet
Cook about 1 hour or until tender
When done, remove and discard seeds.
Using a fork scrape squash into serving bowl. Toss with parmesan, butter (or half butter, half very good EVOO), S&P
