Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups carrots ; sliced
- 1 medium onion ; sliced
- 1 package frozen spinach ; chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ; old
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 cup buttered soft breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cook carrots and onions. Drain.
Cook spinach. Drain.
Make cheese sauce.
In an ungreased 1 quart casserole layer veggies and cheese. Repeat and top with crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes.
