Ingredients

  • 2 Ham Steaks ( about 1 1/2 pounds)Cut into Cubes.
  • 6 Large Russet Potatoes, Sliced into 1/4-Inch Rounds
  • 1 Can (10 3/4 ounces) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Soup Can Water
  • 4 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Grilling Season to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Spray inside of 4 1/2 quart Crock Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer ham and potatoes in bottom.

Combine Soup, Water, Cheese and Seasoning in large mixing bowl; pour over potatoes and ham.

Cover; cook on high for about 3 1/2 hours or until potatoes are fork tender. Turn Crock-Pot to LOW and continue cooking for 1 hour or until done.
