- 4 SLICES COOKED CRISP BACON
- 1 CUP HALF AND HALF
- 2 CUPS BROCCOLI PIECES
- 1/8 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 4 EGGS
- 1 CUP GRATED SWISS CHEESE
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/8 TSP LEMON PEPPER

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
BEAT EGGS WITH HALF&HALF AND CREAM CHEESE. STIR IN BROCCOLI,SALT,GARLIC POWDER AND LEMON PEPPER. CRUMBLE BACON. STIR 1/2 THE CRUMBLED BACON INTO EGG MIXTURE.POUR MIXTURE INTO 9" PIE PLATE. BAKE FOR 30-35MIN OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. TOP WITH REMAINING CRUMBLED BACON. (NICE AND EASY CRUST LESS QUICHE)
