  • 8 oz. smoked salmon
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tblsp fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tblsp chopped capers
  • dash Franks hot sauce
  • 1 tsp worcestershire
  • 1 tblsp fresh chives

Step 1

Shred salmon. Dice chives, and mix with all other ingredients. Chill (ideally overnight), and serve with your choice of crackers.
