Ingredients
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pgk. frozen spinach, thawed, excess water squeezed out
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lump crabmeat, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) can small whole artichokes in water, drained, quartered
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, stir mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, spinach and garlic until blended. Gently stir in crabmeat and artichokes. Spoon into 4-6 cup gratin or baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
2. Bake 30-40 minutes or until Parmesan is lightly browned and dip is hot
