Watermelon Canteloupe Salsa


Fresh and delish! The ginger adds a special zing to this fresh melon salsa. Serve with tortilla chips, or with grilled chicken, pork or seafood.

Watermelon Canteloupe Salsa 1 Picture


  • 1 1/2 cup seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe cubes
  • 2 scallions, chopped, white parts and 1 inch of green parts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1 chili pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice


Servings 2
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 10mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients.

Cover and chill until ready to serve. Great served with chicken, fish or on a salad.

Serves 2.

1 serving= 1/2 cup. Enjoy!
