Pressure Cooker Scandinavian Shrimp and Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of small new potatoes
- 1 pound of peeled, cooked shrimp
- six dill pickles (or more according to your taste), diced
- one bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of chopped dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Put small new potatoes with enough water in pressure cooker and cook for five
minutes. Let chill in fridge. When the potatoes are chilled put in bowl with
all the other ingredients and mix gently. Chill until ready to serve.
