Roasted Kale with Apples

  • 1 large bunch kale, stems removed, leaves cut into 2-3" pieces
  • 2 apples cut into thin wedges
  • 3 tbs EVOO
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt



Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Toss the kale and apples on a baking sheet with 3 tbs olive oil and 3/4 tsp salt. Roast, stirring occasionally until apples are tender about 20 minutes.
