Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. cranberries

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease the bottom and 1/2-inch up the sides of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and orange zest in large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, orange juice, and oil. Add to dry mixture all at once and stir until just moistened.
4. Fold in almonds and cranberries.
5. Bake 1-1 1/4 hours (or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean).
6. Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
