  • 32 Tbl. flour
  • 3 C milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 medium potatoes, pared and sliced thin
  • 2 Tbl. chopped onion

Step 1

Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients...shredded cheese can be added to sauce. Pouthalf of
the potatoes in greased 2-qt. casserole; cover with half the onion and half the sauce. Repeat
the layers. Cover and bake at 350 about 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking til topis
browned
