- 2 Cups (8oz) cooked crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 Cup (4oz) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 Cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup 1% Milk
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 T chopped Pimiento
- 2 T chopped green bell pepper
- 1 t instant minced onion
- 1 t lemon juice
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of salt
Cooking time 15mins
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, cheese, bread crumbs, mayo, milk, celery, pimiento, bell pepper, onion, lemon juice, black pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into baking dish.
Bake 15 min, or until lightly browned and heated through.
