- 1 lbs. asparagus, cut in 1" pieces and cooked until crisp-tender
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 3 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
