Zucchini Mushroom Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 5 medium zucchinis
  • 3 pkg (8oz size) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • garlic powder with parsley, to taste, grated parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice zucchinis, into thick but bite sized pieces. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder.
3. Add zucchini & mushrooms to pan. Mix together & cover. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally and adding garlic as desired.
4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese, mix well & serve.
