- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, cut in half
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
- 1 roma tomatoes, diced
- Salt and Pepper
- Parsley or Cilantro, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix onion, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add parsley or cilantro.
