  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, cut in half
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1 roma tomatoes, diced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Parsley or Cilantro, chopped

Mix onion, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add parsley or cilantro.
