Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup self rising flour
- stick of butter at room temp
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated lime peel
- 1/4 tsp green food coloring
- 3/4 cup butter milk
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 tbsp grated lime peel
- 1/2 tsp vanilla x

Preparation
Step 1
350 20-25 mins
Line with paper liners
Whisk both flours in med bowl.
Beat butter in mixer until smooth
Add sugar and beat to blend.
Beat in eggs 1 at a time and add next 3 ingredients.
batter may look curdled.
beat in flour mixture in 3 additions alternately with butter milk.
spoon 1/3 cup batter into cups
Frosting:
Beat all ingredients in bowl until smooth.
Spread over cooled cupcakes.
