Spinach Strawberry Salad***

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 2 (6oz) bags baby Spinach
• 1 qt. strawberries
• 1 bag (6oz) sliced almonds
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 2 Tbl. sesame seeds
• 1 Tbl. poppy seeds
• 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients for dressing ahead of time and store in refrigerator. Wash spinach and dry. Wash and sliced strawberries. Mix spinach, strawberries and sliced almonds. When ready to serve, mix with dressing.
