Sauteed Grape Tomatoes
Grape tomatoes deliver a sweet taste of summer and cook in minutes. They make a delicious stand-alone side dish as well as a salsa-like topping for pultry and seafood.
- 1 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
Saute tomatoes and next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat, and stir in basil.
