Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 small can grated pineapple drained (save juice)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- CAKE:
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 Tblsp. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch of salt

Step 1
TOPPING:
Melt butter.
Add brown sugar and drained pineapple
Put in 10 inch pan.
CAKE:
Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar and juice.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour over topping.
Bake at 300 for about 50 minutes.
