    in pie shell, unbaked

    eggs, beaten

  • c milk

  • 1

    T cornmeal

  • 1

    t vanilla

  • 1

    c sugar

  • 1

    t vinegar

  • ¼

    c butter, melted

  • 1

    can shredded coconut; about ½ to ⅔ c

Directions

Cream sugar, butter, milk; add eggs, meal, vinegar & coconut. Pour into pie shell; bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until stiff.
