Ingredients
- 5 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 package (small) strawberry-flavored gelatin

Preparation
Step 1
mix sugar and rhubarb. stir; let stand about an hour. place over low heat and bring to a hard boil.
turn off heat and add gelatin. stir until gelatin is dissolved and well-blended. pour into jars.
makes about 6 half-pint jars.
