Ingredients
- 2 cod loins
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450º. Place cod in single layer in a greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cod. Bake in center of oven for 24 minutes.
