Step 1

Make marinade of 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbps chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tsp olive or vegetable oil, 1 finley minced garlic clove. Add a halibut steak and put in bag with marinade, turn to coat, marinade 15 minutes and then grill.
