Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 3 c. half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (4.8 ounces) Betty Crocker Suddenly Potato Salad traditional potato salad mix
- 12 slices ready-to-eat cooked bacon, cut into pieces
- 1 c. Green Giant Niblets frozen corn (from 1 -pound bag)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat water and 2 cups of the half-and-half just to boiling in 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in potatoes and seasoning mix. Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining 1 cup half-and-half, the bacon and frozen corn. Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chowder is hot.
