Deliciously sweet and tart, soft and crunchy. An excellent summertime dessert that can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free all-purpose flour and gluten-free rolled oats.

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 4 cups sliced Rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced Strawberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 8x8 pan with butter
Combine filling ingredients and pour into pan.
Combine topping ingedients in a bowl, then spread evenly over the top of the filling mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
