Egg Dumpling

Beat eggs until frothy. Add oil and salt, then mix in flour

Cinnamon-Sugar Apple Rings

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat; add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stir until blended
- 2 tbsp. light butter
- 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 large apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2" thick rings
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Rib Seasoning & Barbecue Sauce

Rib Seasoning: In a medium bowl, mix together sugar and salt, then add remaining ingredients and mix together
- Rib Seasoning (makes 2 cups):
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salt (preferably sea salt)

- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. ground red pepper (not cayenne)
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin

- Barbecue Sauce (makes 3 quarts):
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. ground red pepper
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 quarts ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Heavenly Mashed Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cut up and softened
- 1 8 oz. carton dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled

Caramel Apple Dessert

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using 2 greased 9" round baking pans
- 2 (16 oz.) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (21 oz.) cans apple pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 (17 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. apple pie spice
- 3 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 6 cups cold milk
- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
Ham and Cheese Biscuit Cups

Grease your muffing tin and preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 tube refrigerator biscuits
- 1/2 cup cheddar or swiss cheese, whichever you like
- 1/2 cup ham, cut in small pieces

Marinated Flank Steak

- 1 1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 - 3 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, (i.e. parsley, chives, thyme, sage)
- or 2 - 3 tsp. dried herbs of your choice
- 2 - 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt

- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cubed processed cheese food
Raspberry Champagne Punch

- 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bottle red rose wine, chilled
- 1 quart raspberry sherbet
- 1 bottle dry champagne, chilled
