Berry Delicious Angel Food Trifle

Toss all fruit together in a large bowl
- 1 angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 containers (8 oz.) fat-free whipped topping, divided
- 1 pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding, prepared according to
- directions on package
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced, reserving a few whole berries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 3 kiwi, sliced
S'Mores Cupcakes - Angel's Easy Peasy Recipe

Using your favorite cake mix, follow the instructions on the box
- 1 18 oz. box of yellow (or devils food) cake mix
- 1 16 oz. can of chocolate frosting
- 1 8 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff
- 1 14.4 oz. box of graham crackers
S'mores Pudding Shots

In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick and smooth
- 1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup fluffed marshmallow vodka
- 8 oz. extra cool whip
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 hershey's milk chocolate bar
Soy Sauce Marinade

Combine all ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
Crock Pot Beer Chicken

Place all ingredients in the crock pot, and cook on high for 4 - 5 hours, or low for 6 - 8 hours
- 2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle or can of your favorite beer
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Chex Mix

In large bowl melt butter on high for 30 seconds
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash tobasco sauce
- 1/2 cup small corn chips
- 1 1/4 cups rice chex
- 1 cup corn chex
- 1/2 cup pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Choose two of these daily, one midmorning and one mid-afternoon
- 1 ) 1 cup lite yogurt
- 10 pistachios or 1 tbsp. chopped nuts
- 1 cup sliced fresh fruit
- 2 ) 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cyo peach slices
- 4 whole-wheat triscuits, or any whole-grain cracker up to 80 calories
- 3 ) 1 hard-boiled egg

- 3 to 4 tbsp. cold water
- FILLING:
- 1 cup diced peeled potatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup cubed turkey
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
