German Cucumber Salad

In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and parsley
- DRESSING:
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 small tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Strawberry Angel Food Trifle

Tear angel food cake into medium pieces
- 1 store-bought angel food cake
- 24 oz. container frozen strawberries, skiced with sugar added, thawed
- 24 oz. or 3 cups vanilla pudding
- 16 oz. container whipped cream, slightly less tahn the whole container
- fresh strawberries for garnish
Tortier Pork Pie

Brown meat and drain fat, add rest of the ingredients and simmer about 1/2 hour
- 2 lbs. lean ground pork
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 cup water
Chocolate Sheet Cake

FROSTING 1 stick margarine, melted 2 tbsp
- Sift together:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 tbsp. cocoa, heaping
- 1 cup water
- Bring to a boil; then add dry ingredients.
- Then add:
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Put in greased and floured jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the sausages, egg, crumbs, milk and sage; stir well
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar

- 1 small angel food cake
- 3 oz. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 bananas
- 2 (9 oz.) boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 9 oz. light whipped topping
