BLT Macaroni Salad

In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; mix well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 3 cups lettuce, shredded
- 4 sliced cooked bacon, crumbled
Beef Stew

Set temperature to medium-high heat (350 to 375 degrees), add vegetable oil and beef
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 4 bacon slices, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 parsley sprigs
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 large cooking potatoes, peeled and cut in 1" cubes
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- beef stew seasoning packet
Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Stir together cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and taco seasoning
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 lb. cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 flour tortillas
- cooking spray
- shredded cheddar cheese
- green onions, for garnish
- sour cream
- salsa
Oven Jerky

Mix spices together. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours, turning twice
- 3 lbs. venison, cut into 1/4" strips
- 1 tbsp. pickling salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
Chocolate Pudding Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup hot water
Chocolate Mint Dessert

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13" x 9" baking pan
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup hershey's syrup (1 16 oz. can)

Seasoned Salt (version of Lawry's)

- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. tumeric
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cornstarch

Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until done
- 2 cups macaroni
- 2 small cucumbers, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 3/4 cups creamy salad dressing, (Miracle Whip)
- 1/4 cup milk
Pizza Dip

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp. green pepper
- 2 tbsp. red pepper
Stuffed Pizza Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 (13 7/8 oz.) cans refrigerated prepared pizza dough
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into 48 cubes
- 48 slices pepperoni, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups pizza or marinara sauce, heated
