Peel a strip of skin from around the middle of each potato; place potatoes in cold water
- 1 1/2 lbs. small new red potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Holiday Au Lait Recipe

Combine coffee, milk, coffee-mate, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large container
- 2 cups hot brewed coffee
- 2 cups milk, heated
- 3/4 cup coffee-mate liquid creamer
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- cinnamon sticks (optional)
Baked Mock Chicken Legs

Mix meat and spices, form on sticks
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. ground veal
- 10 crackers, rolled very fine
- 2 whole eggs, well beaten with a little milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 8 skewers
Turkey Pasta Salad

Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl; set aside
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup red wine or cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- SALAD:
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) tri-colored spiral pasta
- 3 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper

- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
