In a medium saucepan, melt butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups cooked whole kernel corn, fresh or 15 oz. can drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large tomato, peeled and diced

- 1 large size oven bag (14" x 20")
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, divided

- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 large potato, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 4 chicken breasts, bone in, skinned removed
