Wild Rice - Long Lake

Mix and simmer about 20 minutes: 1/4 lb
- wash and soak overnight:
- 1 cup wild rice - drain

- 1 lb. mild pork sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (26 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. cubed, cooked ham
- 1/2 - 1 lb. sliced pepperoni
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
Smoothie (enjoy daily)

- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1 tsp. peanut butter

- 1 10 - 12 oz. jar plum jam
- 1 18 oz. bottle (1 2/3 cups) barbacue sauce
- 1 16 oz. link cooked smoked sausage, sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1 16 - 18 oz. pkg. original flavor frozen cooked meatballs, thawed

- 2 whole eggs
- 3/4 cup water

- 4 (4 oz.) cube steaks

- 4 1/4 cups milk, divided
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

- 2 pkg. (5.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 carton thawed cool whip
- 4 nestle crunch candy bars, crumbled
