- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1 tsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 tsp. whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes

Step 1
Blend together yogurt, milk, peanut butter, frozen berries and whey-protein powder. Add 3 crushed ice cubes. Whip until smooth.
