  • 1 cup rolled oats or oatmeal, processed to make fine crumbs
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed bananas, usually 3 bananas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
