KFC Fried Chicken

- 1 broiler fryer, cut up
- 3 cups water
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. MSG
- 2 tsp. Fines herbs (find in some spice sections, if you don't have omit)
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 pkg. dry instant chicken broth (do not use canned)
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup flour
Chex Mix Recipe

Mix cereal, pretzel twists and crackers in large resealable plastic food-storage bag
- 9 cups corn chex, rice chex, or wheat chex cereal;
- or any combination of the cereal
- 2 cups small pretzel twists

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, optional

- 1/2 cup mexican style cheese

To make the rub: In a small bowl, combine all rub ingredients
